Bristol Law Centre has undergone many changes in the last 12 years, and in particular in the last 5. This has included changes in management personnel, and role outlines – in response to internal and external factors. We now have a new 5 year strategic plan and wish to have a consultant’s view on our management function as it is now and where it could/should develop over the coming years.
Bristol Law Centre invites consultants to contact the CEO (karenb@bristollawcentre.org.uk) for a quick chat to then receive the full briefing document and associated documents. The EOI is then invited by noon on Nov 10th.
There is a budget of £2k, outlined in the brief in relation to the scope – we are open to suggestions on process and how to maximise effective use of consultancy time.
