What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm
Is the service free?
Yes, all our current services are free to the client
Do you have disabled access?
The entrance, toilet and all our interview rooms are accessible
Do you have parking?
Unfortunately not on site but meter parking is available within a short walking distance. We are also very close to bus stops serving the city centre. Please call us for more advice on getting here.
What if I need an interpreter?
Under certain circumstances we are able to offer an interpreter for you. Please contact us for more details
Can I bring my children with me?
You are more than welcome to bring with you anyone that makes you feel comfortable during your visit at law centre
How confidential is your service?
We do not share any information about you and your case with anyone without your explicit consent and permission. You can read our privacy notice here.
Why do you only offer advice about some areas of law?
We get funding from various sources to work within specific areas of law, certain issues, and certain geographical areas
Can I just drop into the law centre?
We do not offer a drop-in service at the moment (except for immigration) Please call our reception number on 0117 924 8662 for more information and to make an appointment.
How can I volunteer for the law centre?
