How we can help

The Virtual Law Clinic uses technology to help people who find it difficult to get free legal advice locally (for both employment and family law).

You can attend at the Citizens Advice offices in North Somerset (Weston Super Mare) or South Somerset (Yeovil) on a Tuesday evening, where we use Skype to connect you to a lawyer.

To make a one-off appointment, please contact Citizens Advice North Somerset or Citizens Advice South Somerset.

More complex casework and employment tribunals

If your case is more complex and needs further support, your legal costs may be covered through Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI), a common add-on to home and car insurance plus other financial products. Watch our video at the top of this page or click here to find out more. Or contact mail@bristollawcentre.org.uk

Settlement agreements

Settlement agreements are drawn up to terminate employment, and require the employee to receive independent legal advice.

We advise employees and liaise with employers. Our prices are very competitive, payable by the employer, and we see employees at short notice. Contact Will Stone (Solicitor) 0117 916 7725 or wills@bristollawcentre.org.uk
