  Christian is a senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years experience of supporting people to deliver organisational success.  A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Christian focuses on delivering performance improvement through interventions with individuals, teams, and organisation wide initiatives. A strong believer in the power and ability within all people to do great things, when given the right environment in which to flourish. Currently leading People Development, Wellbeing and Occupational Health Teams at the University of Exeter. He lives with his family (inc dog, Ollie) in Bristol
