The Law Centre in Bristol will be moving by the end of February 2019. Our current building in Stokes Croft limits the numbers of clients we see, and our ability to offer fully accessible services. We also need better working space for our staff and volunteers to develop our work and team.
We aim to increase the number of people we help from 3000 to 4500 a year. Our new building is 2 Hide Market, West St (Old Market) Bristol – offering more office and client space, disabled parking and easier client access to reception and interview rooms.
We will work hard to ensure the public and partners know the detail of the move including the exact date once known. The new office is still very central, and well served by public transport. You can follow our progress and help spread the news by signing up to our newsletter.
You can help us develop the very best client facilities in the new office by donating to our appeal.
Director Ginette Corr says “this relocation will improve our quality of service to clients to best serve the communities of Bristol and the wider region. We will be very sad to leave Stokes Croft, our home for so long, but the opportunities offered by the new building are significant and will secure our services for the future”.
