Piotr Lisowski (Treasurer)

Piotr is a qualified accountant and brings over a decade of specialist experience in the student accommodation sector, combining deep financial expertise with a strategic development mindset. Prior to joining the University of Bristol, Piotr spent eight years at Unite Students, where he played a key role in acquisitions, disposals, and asset valuation projects across the UK. In 2021, he transitioned to the University of Bristol to lead the financial delivery of major capital projects; most notably, the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, set to open in September 2026. His work is instrumental in aligning the university’s residential infrastructure with its long-term growth strategy, including the development of 860 new student beds in the heart of the new campus.
