Physical access

Our reception space is accessible to people who use wheelchairs or have limited mobility. Our first contact team are in our front office at street level, with various seating options and accessible via a small ramp. We have an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

Telephone and email

You can also telephone or email our reception team to talk through your legal problem if you cannot visit us in person. We aim to reply to all emails within three working days.

Language

If you have no English at all, we can call you back using an interpretation service. You can also ask a family member, friend or advocate to assist you (we will always seek your consent before we discuss your case with anybody).

Mental Health needs

Our teams receive regular training in mental health awareness and work in a way that is trauma-informed. All our teams receive regular supervision and can access extra support as and when needed.

Navigation Keys

This website has been built to allow easy access using either the keyboard or mouse. Keyboard commands are as follows:

• Tab: move forwards through links/elements on any page
• Shift Tab: move backwards through links/elements on any page
• Return: Activate selected item on page
• Backspace: Back to the previous page

Text Size

If you would like to change the text size used throughout this website, you can change the font size via your web browser’s menu:

Change the colours

We’ve tried to use colours that make the words on our webpages easy to read, but we know that some people have trouble with reading text on certain colours. You may be able to use your own colours with your browser.
