As a charity we are grateful for financial support from Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, Access to Justice Foundation and other charitable trusts, corporate & individual donors. We are also supported by volunteers.

Future of Advice

We do not have enough capacity to meet demand, and the demand we see is a fraction of the advice need. As a Law Centre and an advice sector we must develop long term, core funding alongside workforce and service/partnership development.

In June 2024 we hosted ‘Future of Advice in Bristol’ event to launch a needs assessment and to engage with a wide audience to support strategy development. This was with partners Citizens Advice Bristol, St Paul’s Advice Centre, South Bristol Advice Service, North Bristol Advice Centre, WECIL and Talking Money.
