Nancy Siboe

Nancy Siboe is a qualified Commonwealth lawyer, currently serving as Programme Leader and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. She is an International Law scholar and researcher specialising in responsibility to protect at the intersection of artificial intelligence, rule of law, humanitarian governance and the geopolitics of AI Arms race. In 2025, she was endorsed by the British Academy under the Global Talent gaining recognition as an emerging global leader in the field of Law. She also serves as a Reviewer for the European Journal of Legal Studies.
