William Ellerton

I am a solicitor and partner at ARAG Law and head up a team of over 50 people dealing with a wide rate of litigation, including property and commercial disputes and higher value personal injury claims.  Over the course of my career, I have worked for several law firms ranging from a small regional practice all the way up to a global commercial firm.  ARAG Law is a firm focused on bringing access to justice to the widest range of individuals, through the use of legal expenses insurance.  This ethos fits well with that of the Bristol Law Centre where I am delighted to serve as a trustee.  In addition to my core role at ARAG Law I also sit part time as a tribunal judge and am an accredited mediator.  Outside work I enjoy sport, especially cycling, and am kept busy by my family!
