Bristol Law Centre (BLC) and Bristol Refugee Rights (BRR) are seeking an experienced research consultant, ideally located within the SW region, with a understanding of the UK asylum system, specialist immigration advice and barriers to justice.
BLC and BRR have been funded by Justice Together for a development project to identify the challenges currently facing the South West in provision of specialist immigration advice and outline solutions for a more accessible, sustainable, collaborative and co-ordinated sector in the best interests of clients.
We are looking for someone who can start in early April 2022 and complete the project by September 2022. The outcome of this project will be solution(s) to be the basis of a further, multi-year, funding application(s).
The project will involve facilitating the engagement of a range of stakeholders, including all specialist/potential (free) immigration advice providers – and through them listening to those with lived experience.
